Exchanges are permitted on Cartridges/Styli.

Should a
contract be cancelled by no fault of the
supplier deposit money is forfeited and deposit
not refundable.

No claim will be
recognized unless made within seven (7) days of
delivery.

All goods
returned shall be in their original packaging &
should not be shop soiled, obsolete or damaged
as such goods may be rejected or credited at a
reduced rate.

The cost of
freight in returning goods for any reason will be the
responsibility of the customer.

Any freight
charges incurred in delivery of exchanges or
repairs will not be
refunded.

Non-Stocked items may/or may not be exchanged.

Prices
are fixed at the time of sale & will remain
unchanged regardless the market price
fluctuation after sale & before pick up or
delivery.

In the
event of stock unavailability, if customer has
chosen to purchase & wait for stock to
become available
the prices are fixed at the time of sale.

warrantee on Used Equipment.

warrantee on Used Equipment does not cover
tubes.

Lay-By
purchases are accepted with a 25% initial
deposit.

Lay-By
purchase balance is to be paid within 90 days or
deposit is forfeited.

Lay-By
deposits are not transferable or refundable.

orders will be sent with full insurance and are
trackable.
